Take a picture, get error message that states: File system error. A screen pop up and wants me to save to another file? But even when I change the file name error message  comes back.  I have no pictures saved on the phone and can not find in options how to fix where the picture will be saved.  TL

This error is caused by the BlackBerry® smartphone having trouble writing to the device memory.  Perform a security wipe to resolve the issue.  Please note this will erase all your data!

Thanks for response.  Found out company put an encription system on the phone.  Only way to get off is send it in an email to myself.
