Diversinet Primary CA and QuoVadis Issuing Authority 2 are expired thereby affecting my device

Ok. And what happens when wifi is off, same certificate message? The certificate issuing authority has to renew them. Nothing you can do. If you can google search that certificate issuer, notify them.
