FROZEN ON UPDATE - HELP!!

Hello, I installed a software update on my phone last night and it has been frozen on 20% ever since-I've tried taking the battery out and switching it off but it doesn't make any difference. Please HELP!! Thanks

20% of the backup? or, did you notice at what stage it was?

Is this an over the air wireless upgrade or are connected to the Desktop Software?

Its a wireless one, and it is 20% of the backup, yes!

OK. Just remove the battery for a minute, replace it and see if the backup and upgrade persists.
