Am trying to access facebook but my blackberry says the facebook server has returned an unknown error and is not able to fulfil your request. (2001)

Have updated the software & also deleted and re-installed facebook app but still no joy.  Can access thru google or on internet, just not thru blackberry

Can anyone help me as have called vodafone twice so far, without success

Sorry don't understand, where & how do i log in to facebook website - on my BB, on my pc - Please elaborate

I'd try it on a PC.

It works ok when i log into the facebook website on my pc or go thru google on my blackberry, just can't access thru the facebook app

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

Don't know about that - am with vodafone ! ?  Tried calling them to help with problem, but 2 calls & still not solved

I think the issue is widespread. I am having the same issue as of around 8:00PM PST time last night.

People on Crackberry from Mexico to Canada to US to many places are not getting feed updates.

Notifications and going to specific people's pages work so I think it might be just the feeds is down.

It works on Wifi though.

same problem here. started last night. everything else in the app works, just not news feed. i also tried deleting, clearing cache, etc. just wait it out i guess
