Factory reset on bold 9900

i need your urgent support, as i have faced a problem today on my Bold9900, my BB sudenly stoped working today, and i pushed the alt+shift+del to restart the device, and after restaring i found that it wiped all the data on the device and made a factory reset, i lost all my contacts and data i had, and when i try to make restore it dont want to restore all the data i had, need your urgent help please.
