Flashlight always on and wifi does not work

Flashlight has remained on for some time, turned off in camera, no change. Also, wifi does not work .  When connected to a wifi network and data disabled, says" unable t connect to the internet please try again later. If problem persists contact service provider"

Remove your battery  while your  phone is powered on then replace it.

If you go under Manage Connections>Networks and Connections>Mobile Network and your Data Services are set to OFF, you're turning off ALL data to your phone, even data you receive through Wi-Fi.  You can turn off your Mobile Network but Data Services has to stay ON.

I'm on the mobile site and can't see which model of phone you're using, but if you're using one with a physical keyboard, open your camera app and press the space bar.
If you're using a touchscreen or if my suggestion doesn't work, try reloading your phone's OS using BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Okay, try reloading your OS. Use BlackBerry Desktop Software and click Device then Restore in the software while your phone is connected to it.

tried restoring but did not work....only option may be to put a piece of duct tape over my flash haha
