This is my 1st BB so please bear with me. I purchased a BB 9700 and set everything up (3 email accounts) with no problem and everything was working like a gem. Two days later my cat proceeded to destroy the phone with a glass of iced tea. So, now I have my second new 9700 and things are not setting up so well.
I set up my email accounts and 2/3 work as I remember. However, my Gmail account for work is not working correctly.
When I receive a new email via Gmail a star shows up on my messages folder and my Gmail folder. When I select my Gmail folder it shows the "All Mail" folder by default. For some reason my messages are not appearing in this location. To view my email through the Gmail folder I have to go into the Gmail folder > Menu > Filter > Inbox.
How make my messages display in the "All Mail" location?Or make the Inbox default?
This would make things so much simpler and quicker.
