I seem to have no functioning GPS on my 9930. Does anyone here have any ideas about what might be wrong?
This started at least 6 weeks ago, but I'm just getting around to posting about it here. The apps I usually use with GPS are Sprint Navigation by Telenav (which is no longer available for my device as of Oct 1, but it ceased working before that), BlackBerry Navigator, and Gas Buddy.
It appears that I have it turned on properly:
Options / Device / Location Settings
For GPS Data Source, I select Device GPS (the only option)
For Location Services, I select Location On
Here's what shows up when I refresh my location:
Last Update: Oct 17, 2013 19:25
Accuracy: 20.0 m
Number of Satellites: 8
I was sitting on my front porch when I did this. Address and coordinates given are across across the street and up one house.
I have Sprint service (USA) but don't want to take it to them to check because they charge $35 just to look at it. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Thanks for the question.
Have you tried using BlackBerry Maps for the BlackBerry Bold 9930 smartphone? Also are you setup on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server?
What version of BlackBerry device software are you running? Type myver in a message to get this information.
I look forward to your reply.
