Getting my money back

This is the worst phone I have ever purchased. I initially bought it because it wanted something other than an Iphone, but boy did I make the wrong choice. The phone has not worked right since some time last year. I have to deal with constant dying of the phone, glitches, lags, and the phone restarting on its own. I am infuriated with this phone and wish to get a new one. But that won't do me any good seeing that this is my third phone. I think it is ridiculous that you sell this phone for $250 with all of the problems it has.

As of right now my phone has been restarting itself for the last hour or so so hopefully I will be able to use it sometime soon, but who knows. There is nothing you can really say besides here is a refund or here is a new phone but I will never be getting another blackberry device and will instructing family and friends to follow in my footsteps.

Re: Getting my money back

Can we assist you with your current device until you get it replaced?

Is it stuck in a reboot loop?

Re: Getting my money back

Also, You have your mobile phone number listed as your "My Mobile Provider" or carrier. Putting your phone number out on the internet on these public forums for the world to see, is not wise. To change that, at the top of this page click on My Settings > Personal Profile > Personal Information, and in the entry block for "Carrier" type the name of your mobile provider.

That's not wise. You're asking for spam and unwanted calls.

I'll be asking the same question as Wolf359:

Re: Getting my money back

Can you take the phone to the carrier? We can try some troubleshooting but don't know what you've already tried up to this point.
