I almost forgot.  You can also use the player for youtube app.

I was using this before I did the software reload when getting those media errors.

I definitely see my email address (automatically highlighted with these numbers next to it [BISE06C26S0..

While on that screen, if I hit the menu button I get the following;

 

Switch Application

Verify Security Software

Regenerate Encryption Key

Save

Help

Try this go to the m.youtube,com please do not use wifi, use only your data plan under option on the browser turn off the pop up blocker. Try tell it tell me if a full video worked.

Ok page. You have a BES it policy. That kb might apply to you and you need to contatct your BES admin to make that change.

Synthetic, your issues are.not the same as page. Your posts here really need.their own thread, unrelated.to the original poster. Similar, not the same.
