HELP! 9790 I upgraded to 7.1 and the phone has stopped working

please help me

 

I upgraded my 9790 from 7.0 to 7.1 and it has now stopped owkring

 

what do i do im really stuck and advice or even how to speak iwth blackberry support as im not great with this tech stuff
