HELP!! BB 9650!!!

hey guys please help me, i cannot unlock my phone , becauase of the jelly bean slide to unlock app idownloaded yesterday, and i cannot slide it, what can i do?? please help me, thanks you!!

From wher you downloaded such application ?

 

Meanwhile , try to boot your device on Safe Mode , On Safe Mode delete that particular application from Options > Device > Application Manegement > locate and delete that application or any newly installed 3rd party application , it might help in resolving your issue :
