HELP ME!! I have a blackberry bold 9900 and I stupidly put in the wrong password 10 times and now it wont connect to my MAC and wont turn on, I need help!! I need my phone, it has all of my personal and business needs on it!! PLEASE HELP MEE!!!

To Recover you device from this JVM 513 please follow this Knowledge base ,but in this process All of the data and applications on the BlackBerry smartphone has been deleted.So I hope you have your previous Backup of your device ,
KB19767 : Unable to application load a BlackBerry smartphone showing "JVM 507" or "JVM 513" using BlackBerry Desktop Software for Mac.
Additional Information : KB13003 : " JVM 513 " error appears on the BlackBerry smartphone.
So please try it and let us know.

Thanks for the advice but it didn't work, I think I will just bring it into telus today.
