HELP. I keep getting an error message when I try to play my music and a blank screen when I try to play a video. Is there a fix for this?

Can you please provide the full error message you receive when playing music on your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone? Regarding the videos, are these videos you are streaming or are they saved on your media card? Were they recorded on the BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone? Do you still have the same issue after removing and reinserting both your media card and your battery?

Error message: Error cannot play song"name of song" It did this on the songs and videos for two days.
It was videos I had made on my phone, so I guess they were on the media card.
Now, today, everything is working fine!?!?! What do you think the problem was?
