HELP! Having trouble connecting to server on cell phone

I am having some major problems trying to connect to the server.  I am trying to create an ID sign up in the blackberry app world and it keeps telling me there is trouble connecting to the server. My son just left on his first deployment to Afghanistan and I'm trying to upload the app Viber to keep in contact with him, and it's not letting me get past the server problem.


Can someone please help me!!

There are a number of KBs that discuss that error along with similar errors. Unfortunately, since you only posted a bit of the error message, I can't be sure which one is on point for you...it's always best to post the exact and complete error message, including any punctuation and error codes that is presented. Therefore, I recommend you go here:

and search on the error code...hopefully one of the results will be useful to your situation.
