I have had my BB bold 9700 (unlocked) for over a year and have been travelling between Holland and USA the past months switching between simcards.
The email settings have always worked fine, up untill yesterday.
Back in Holland when trying to validate my email adress it says line busy please login again.
I have made a backup on the phone, and via the pc deleted the email setup of the blackberry.
Now I see the icon but when I click on it it doesn't respond.
I have tried via help to configure/install an email adress and it says not supported.
I called KPN my carrier and they ensure me that my bb internet plan is up and running and hasnt changed and that this is a blackberry problem.
I can access internet via my bb browser but cant seem to get any emails or options even to install my emails. bb pin is working fine though
Can anybody help me please?
