HELP!! Lost Wedding dress pics?????

I am trying to download 2 wedding-dress trip sets of pics, but my PC didn't recognize my BB, though I've downloaded pics before.

I went to the BB site to download the BB Desktop sw and now the screen is frozen and the BB itself shows 0 pics on the camera!

VERY BAD!!!

Please help fast - how can the pics be restored??????

First things first, you have to get your PC to recognize your BlackBerry phone.  I'm assuming you were successful in downloading and installing BlackBerry Desktop Software on your PC.  If this is incorrect, from your PC's browser go to www.blackberry.com/desktop and try again, but don't have your phone plugged into your PC when doing so.

Once you have the software installed, plug your phone into your PC via USB and open the software.  If it's not recognizing your phone, follow the instructions in this article:
