HELP! My Blackberry bold doesn't accept my Blackberry ID Username!!!

So, I recently changed my SIM card and my blackberry wants me to enter my ID username and password. However, when I type in my correct username and password the phone does not accept it. I really don't want to wipe my device! Does anybody know what the problem may be????

There are dozens (hundreds???) of different possible error messages from the action you describe...can you please tell us the one you see? "does not accept it" really gives us nothing to go on...

 

Indeed, so that you can most quickly receive the answer you need, you can search the public KBs for the error message you see:

You can also search these forums on the message...it is pretty certain that it's been discussed before...
