Alright, so how did things go with your carrier? Next step is to call them if you haven't already done so. At least we now know for certain that I was unlocked for you before.

I called orange and they said its not from them, so I called du and they said they're working on it

The phone is blacklisted trust me call your carrier!

Actually, not always.  That is definitely the most common reason for this issue, but there can be other reasons as well.  Hopefully the carrier is able to figure it out though.

 

@ Akay, if they still haven't gotten back to you, try getting a hold of them again.  Unless they specifically told you it would take longer, they should have been able to look into it already...

Mine isn't working either. I tried what you recommended and I still get the Phone Not Allowed MM6.

I have the same problem as the first poster. The phone works in all countires I have been to except the UK. I have had the phone for about 6 months and have travelled to the UK 4 times and I get the same message...."Phone not allowed MM6 SOS". I have contacted my european carrier (not the UK) and they are working on it for the past 6 months with no results. I can sometimes receive emails and BBM but no calls can be sent or received. When I try to dial out I get "Contact your service provider to make sure that your phone has been authorized for use on the network."

Again....it works everywhere except the UK.

I am facing a similar problem. The difference is that my phone is running and suddenly this same message comes and the network is gone. I just need tobrestart and the phone is back to normal till the next attack. Please advice.
