HELP!

I have a Bold9780. I started using one from June 2011, but starting from Feb 2012, it had a lot of problems. It used to turn off on its own and eventually, dies. I was given a replacement by the company, and only the battery was the same from my old phone. Now, an old problem has started to coour again. Whenever I try to click pictures from my phone, it automatically shuts down and I have to pull out the battery and reinsert it again for my phone to restart. What could the problem be? Please help!

Re: HELP!

Just to elaborate, reloading the OS might be a good idea in this case.  To do so, plug your phone in to BlackBerry Desktop Software and click Device at the top of the software.  Next, click Update.  If you're offered a newer version of OS and you wish to load it, go ahead.  If you're offered nothing newer or you don't wish to load a newer version, click View Other Versions.  Choose the one with Currently Installed beside it and away you go.

I hope my instructions to reload your OS have helped you.  :smileyhappy:
