HELPPPP.

Hi! Basically I went to update my songs on my playlist earlier and now whenever i play a song on my phone it plays a completely different one?! I've trued syncing my phone SO many times and putting new playlists in but its not working at all. It was all fine until I downloaded 2 new songs on itunes, dragged them into the playlist then updated it on the blackberry desktop software. The 2 new songs havent synced and now everything is messed up. It's driving me mad! Anyone able to help!?

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

Do you you have the playlists in your music library on your computer? If yes, one option would be to remove the music from your media card and then resync the files back.
