Hello,
This error is usually caused when people are on a BES (as opposed to BIS).
The BES needs to be reconfigured to allow the Proxy to allow you access.
The MDS needs to have configuration changes.
Sometimes this is caused by your Blackberry server being an earlier version than 3.6. Upgrading to BES 3.6 or later will fix this issue (http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02025).
Alos, get your BES ADMin to refer to the following link and see the note at the bottomof the webpage:
(Note: Incorrect or invalid encryption types within the krb5.conf file can result in HTTP 500 errors when attempting to browse to websites that require Kerberos authentication.)

Hope that helps!

I started getting this error message three days ago when trying to access Facebook. Everything was fine prior to that. I am on a Blackberry 8700r syncing directly with Google (no dtm). I have v4.0 OS. Very frustrating. No feedback from Blackberry about a potential issue and Swisscom (provider) says everything is fine. I can access other sites and get e-mail so it seems they are correct.
PLEASE HELP

You mentioned the following:
The BES needs to be reconfigured to allow the Proxy to allow you access.
The MDS needs to have configuration changes
Could you advice me where I can find the documentation to configure the BES and MDS? Sorry I am very new to Blackberry administration.
