Had a replacement BOLD 9790 and do not know how to retore data

Had a replacement BOLD 9790 and do not know how to retore data that I backed up onto Desktop Manager to the new phone.

You should have no problem restoring the previous backup to the new device from the backup file you have saved to your PC.

I get as far as "SELECT A  BACK UP FILE TO RESTORE YOUR DATA" and there are no files displayed. I click on the link link "My Documents\Blackberry\ Back up" There is a back up .BBB file in there which when I click on it says "Windows can not open this file " unknown....

 

I'm running version 7
