The battery on my new BB Bold 9900 has discharged and will not recharge. The phone is dead. Can anyone tell me how to go about getting a replacement battery on the warranty? The phone is only two months old. It was given me as a gift, bought at RIM by an employee in Waterloo. (My contact at RIM is on vacation for two weeks and I cannot reach her.) I can't find any help on the internet for this and I tried calling RIM and got nowhere.
