I feel like I'm an animal chasing its tail!! I need to reset my password, I tried the reset, tried using my security question. Problem is I CAN'T LOG INTO THE EMAIL TO MAKE THE CHANGES!!!! What am I doing wrong??? I get the message that it was sent to ___@blackberry.com, doesn't do me much good when I can't get into it. Is there another way to change it? Only reason I'm asking is someone added me to their BBM, can't use it if I can't access it.
