Headphones

Hi

While i  am using headphones to listen to music; if i recieve a call or a message it directly is on the normal mode? I cannot hear the ring tone through the headphones but on a normal mode via speakers.

 

And sometimes when I receive the phone it goes on the speaker mode automatically while the headphones are on?

 

Please help.

Hello,

 

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.
