Hi,

I am having a problem downloading the BB maps, just got a new bold 900o and it impossible to download it, (I've tryed it from the comp and from the mobile)

Mobile Supplier: Orange

Country: Spain.

Version BB software: v4.6

Any one can help me???

Look at Options > Advanced > Applications.

Is wroten in Spanish but i trasated it.

Can you tell me something from this??

BlackBerry Maps is already installed on your device.

1. On your homescreen, press the Menu key > SHOW ALL, so that SHOW ALL is checked.
2. Look in EACH folder on your device... Applications, Instant Messengers, Downloads, et
If you still don't see it, look at Options > Advanced > Applications. Do you see it listed there?

Hi JSanders,

I've just checked all folders in my device and "maps" only aprears in > options> advance> aplications> Maps.

I tryed to do everything with it and I can not find the way to use it, or just open it.

I have instaled google maps, that i can use and open normaly, but I preffere BB maps (if I can find it)

Any idea???

One idea, some carriers (like AT&T here in the US) block use of BBMaps.  It's stupid, I know.

I've just calle them, they do not block any content in the BB....

None other than what I have mentioned on you havin the application hidden or in a folder.

Same problem here.

I have a free BBB (no specific carrier) and I have bbmaps in my application list (advencd option, apps)

but no icon to use it with. I've been looking (following ur advice) into each folder, trying menu=>show all but .. nothing !

Since I can't use GGlemap or Yahoomap norAsk.com map either (don't know why I can't download it) it's pretty anoying then !
