Help, issues with Blue LED light constantly on.

Using 9900 MTN nigeria, v7.0.0.296, since I updated my twitter app on friday, the led light went blue and has been on constantly, without making calls my airtime is dwindling and my battery life is shorter, help in turning off the led light will be appreciated.

I updated my device software and the led light went off a day after but my games didn't get restored.

But I'm okay since my phone is relatively back to normal.
