Help please!

I stopped using blackberry service months ago, and was continuing to use internet through wifi. All app except bbm and email services were working, but suddenly since yesterday im unable to use internet. I cannot use the browser even, it doesnt work. wifi and internet is working fine. The phone connects to the wifi but still says internet is unavailable.\, ive restarted, changed sims done everything. Someone pls help me out.

Hello rahulsama

You must have BlackBerry Data Plan for sure to enable BBM, push email and other services provided by BlackBerry. You can call your carrier to activated BlackBerry Data Plan for your account.

It should work with wifi with the exception of BBM and email.

Make sure that data services are turned on under mobile network. Try removing the sim all together and see what happens.
