Help with my phone

Is anyone else experiencing an issue where their phone will frequently shut off? My software has been updated and my storeage is fine. I started experiencing this issue 9 months ago and it's only gotten worse over time. Please help if you can.

Would you try this... remove the media card for a couple of days and see if the shutting off/restarts persist. Please post back and let us know.

 

ALSO, you ought to remove your personal phone number from your public profile... where it says "My Provider" it appears you have your phone number there, and that's not wise on a public forum like this.
