When you open Protect on your Z10, do you see a message that a one time restore can be performed?

No. I even search BB app world for protect its not there. Don't think it available for the Z10????

Yes, it is. In your z10 Settings (swipe down from the top bezel) > BlackBerry Protect.

When I swipe down it show setting,Rotation Lock, Bluetooth,WiFi,Alarm, and Notifications.
