I have the same problem with HRT.
I just want to confirm if my BB is blacklisted or not because i did contact my service provider but they said something wrong with my ROM. (i changed my ROM already).
I sent my PIN. Im very grateful to anyone who finds out the information or the solution of this prob.
Thank you very much,
Best regards,
Tam

I just want to check if my PIN is okay, bought this second-hand, so I'm uneasy here. Already PM'd my PIN.

Hello Guys,
I got my 9930 working. Since i'm on postpaid, i asked my carrier to delete my BIS provioning associated with my number, and re-provision after 24 hours.
Works like a charm.

If some of you already have a BIS plan which was being used on a previous device, ask your carrier to completely delete the BIS provisioning and re-provision after 24 hours.
Normally if someone changes device, the carrier would only need to update the PIN & IMEI, but there seems to be a bug on BIS 3 which prevents the device change.
If your carrier cannot help, ask them to escalate the issue to RIM.

"but if i inserting my simcard to other blackberry phone why it still working?" - - -> are you inserting the SIM on the original blackberry device ?

If you have a 9930 from verizon, do the following:
##000000
change the first line to include your number including country code and write the changes, the phone will reboot.
Then follow these instructions: https://support.t-mobile.com/message/58947
