Hello there, I have the same problem as Daddysgirl10306 concerning the Host routing table not population hence no plans being activated on my blackberry 9800 torch. Please-please, can anybody help?

The same answer as others holds for you...contact your mobile service provider. Only they can look at their systems to determine why they aren't properly registering your device.

hi my bbm is still not working.. host routing table message sent already, but still no confirmation message receive. i have followed all instructions given by my service provider but still not working.
my case is, i initially had my bbm working fine but i lost my bb so i bought a new one and had my sim replaced (having same BB data plan) BBM stil not working.
can somebody help me.. its been a month already.
