Host Routing Table issue - switching from Verizon to Movistar

I moved from the US to Spain recently.  Verizon unlocked my Blackberry, and when I got to Spain, signed a contract with Movistar.  The phone and text messaging work fine but the browser doesn't work.  When you boot the browser, it says something like "server can't be found" and the the next times it would say "insufficient network to process request."  Did a hard reset on the phone...

 

When looking at the host routing table, it is empty.  I tried to register the phone but got no response.  After speaking with Movistar, they tried to send a message to the phone authorizing it for data on the network but that didn't work, they kept saying they sent the message but nothing changed.

 

Apart from buying a new phone, any other suggestions or anything I might have missed?

That service is going to be dependent on the data plan with Movistar. It sounds like they don't have you provisioned properly for a BlakcBerry data plan.
