Hello 

I already configure my BB9900 with my work email as well as my personal Hotmail account and it work just fine - my issue with my hotmail account  - if I delete my of my email on hotmail web site it doesn't SYNC automaticlity to my device as well as vise versa if I delete any of my hotmail on my BB device it doesn't SYNC with my web interface

What configuration am I should do to achieve that?

All reconciliation is governed by this KB:

• KB05133 Email reconciliation features for the BlackBerry Internet Service

For Hotmail, only one-way (from BB to server) deleted item reconciliation is available...but it must be properly configured to do so. Please use the on-device email configuration wizard and check that the Deleted Items reconciliation checkbox is enabled within the Hotmail BIS configuration. Please further note that only new message delivery has "high priority" within BIS as well as the email services...all other items, including reconciling deleted items, can take quite some time to reflect on the server...as much as 24 hours or more, perhaps.
