Re: How Do You "Turn Off" Wireless Synchronization...

HoooooRAAAAY!  This actually works.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!  Can't believe BB hasn't made this easier to find or a better explanation.  There own support people don't even know about it.

Re: How Do You "Turn Off" Wireless Synchronization...

I have BB 9780 (V6.0.0.546 platform 6.6.0.207), when I updated the new software, I could not synchronize my calendar, the option on bb desktop manager is blocked, tried to make new setup on desktop but still the check mark close to calendar could not be be clicked and it says Calendar (not installed).

On the bb device calendar I pressed options, it doesn't give me the wireless option like before to turn it off, the new software doesn't show.

Went to e-mail setup, edit, 5 option shows, the 4th is Synchronization option, under it shows only "Deleted items" with a check mark.

Now how can I fix the issue with synchrinizing the calendar?

Re: How Do You "Turn Off" Wireless Synchronization...

BB 9700:

Go to Contacts -> Right click -> Options -> clock on contact list email ID (e.g. abc@gmai.com) -> disable the Wireless Synchronization.

It will allow sync through BB Desktop application.

Tnks.

Re: How Do You "Turn Off" Wireless Synchronization...

As I mentioned before the new version has changed, in the contact list its hsowing only Defult, when I click it gave Number of enteries ie how many contact that I have only, nothing about sync or email or even wireless like before.

I dont know why no one from Blackberry is replying to me I have send this question several times and even I created new question but no one is replying, I guess they are having issue and cannot reply to my question.
