Hi All.
I have change my device, which came with OS5.
My desktop software requested an update to OS6.
After the update, I have not the possibility to change any language. I have only English as display, typing and input language. At the previous OS I had German and Greek as well. How I can add languages to my device?
Can someone help me? Thank you in advance.

Hi chdim
Welcome to Support Forums
When you connect your device and run desktop software Select Applications > In the Language and Input Support section are you unable to add those languages ?
If you are not offered those languages then you might have to Install an OS pack having those languages,You may need to Install an All Language pack from your Carrier or any other , try those steps and see if that allows :
1.Download and Install on your PC an OS pack having All Language from here Carriers
2.. Download and install the latest BlackBerry desktop software from here BlackBerry desktop software
3.Search your C: drive for Vendor.xml and delete them, there may be one or two vendor.xml ( On your Pc change your folders option to show hidden files/folders ) :
Once completed Open BlackBerry Desktop Software > Select Applications. > In the Language and Input Support section, select the language to be added to the BlackBerry smartphone (a + will appear next to the language to install) > Click Apply.
