Hi Imitiazshah,
For this you may contact your IT-Admin, who lo0k after BES server because on BES web app there are many option like lock device, erase data, set activation password etc.
Also when you will re-activate your BES account on new handheld (in case of Handheld stolen or lost) most of data will be automatically recovered (Ensure you set wireless sync on in Contacts, calendar, Task & Memo).
Also to avaoid any kind of disaster, please do take regular backup of your handheld using blackberry desktop software by connecting your devce with PC using USB cable.
Thanks..

Hi Imtiazshah,
If you have company provided blackberry then We would suggest you to contact your IT Support, otherwise there may be huge mash for you & your IT team.
Becasue Security wipe will erase all your data and You have re-activate you Enterprise account for which help from IT-team required as well.
If you still want to know the way to reset your handheld to factory reset, do let us know because if you erase all data & install BB protect & again you will do BES activation then BB protect will stop working.
Thanks..!!

Have you purchased a second hand blackberry because if enterprise account activated on device, then Blackberry protect doesn't installed.
As you stated, this is not company phone and its your personal one, then please do take complete backup using blackberry desktop software & then click on Menu (blackberry Sign) > Option > Security Option > Security Wipe > Select emails & contact > type blackberry on given space and click on wipe.
After this restore backup and check whether you rae able to use Blackberry protect or not.
Good luck

"You cannot install BlackBerry Protect on your device. BlackBerry Protect is not compatiable with devices that use a BlackBerry Eterprises Server."
When I open BlackBerry Protect Website to findout location of my Device its not opening it how can I creat account of BB Protect to locat my device?

Actually, given the last error message provided, a Security Wipe will not cure this issue. For whatever reason, even though it was a brand new BB, it has an IT Policy on board from the BB having, at one point in it's life, associate with a BES environment. That latent IT Policy can only be removed by this process:
This will also wipe out all data, applications, etc., truly returning the BB to the condition it should have been in when it was new. But, when you backup/restore your data, DO NOT do a full backup/restore -- do a selective backup/restore of only those databases you require (e.g., contacts, calendar, etc.) and be sure to not include any databases that have anything to do with IT Policy:
If you backup/restore "full", you will put the IT Policy back onto your BB, and be right back to the condition you are in right now.
Good luck!
