Hello dear BB community

I'm having a problem with my BB which is I cannot access to my b account 

I mean when I login to my account using the app world it shows an error msg i don't remember it 

so i looked up on google and ppl said i gotta format my BB

so i'm asking u for a way thats make me aple to save my BB pin and my BB messenger list 

if i format my BB , does that delete my bb list and my pp pin too ?

i mean is there a way to have a back up that saves my bb pin ?

Welcome to the Community,

Can you tell us exactly what errorr message you recieve when trying app world.If  we format or wipe our device our device PIN does not change or deleted but you will lose all data and applications from your device.So before a device wipe perform a full backup using BlackBerry desktop software.

it says : The device is associated with , or something like that
and what about the bb messenger list ? i mean my friends on my bb msn , are they gonna be deleted ?

Hi ProgBoy,

                           Yes if you perform a device wipe it will delete all contact list ,So before that do you backup and save all your contact list ,You can also save your BBM contacts in your media card For that open BBM  press the menu key - options -backup managment -backup - back up locally - then save it on your media card or you save it Remotely and can save all contact to your email account.

So always backup first.

i brought my blackberry of a friend, an want to no if i can change the user name with out signin in with her user name first????
