A number of staff here (including myself) are fed up pulling our BBs out of holsters to be greeted by "Say A command".

how can I disable this feature? either completely or just the button

You can select what the side buttons do in the options the following are the steps:

1) Go to Options

2) Screen/Keyboard

3) Scroll down until you get to the Right Side and Left Side Convenience Keys you can change those to do anything you want it to do (for example opening a program or a certain e-mail box) or you can set them to do nothing.
