Hello avielbaum,
You will need to disable wireless synchronization in order to perform a manual synchronization using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software.
You can disable wireless synchronization by opening your Contacts on your BlackBerry smartphone, pressing the menu key and selecting Options. Check any of the Contacts lists and be sure that the wireless synchronization option is unchecked within each, then save.
You should now be able to complete the synchronization process with the BlackBerry Desktop Software without receiving this error.
