How do you switch off Data?

On my older 8520 I could go into Settings and turn off date at night, so no emails or BBM or Facebook came thru.  Just calls or texts.

How do I set that on the Bold 9900?

Re: How do you switch off Data?

Hello simon_a6,

Welcome to the forums.

To set this click on Manage Connection then Network and Connections then Mobile Network and then set the Data Services to Off.

Hope this helps. Have a good day.

Re: How do you switch off Data?

Hi. No as J Sanders has confirmed, it doesn't work like that on the Bold. On the 8520 it is exactly like that. But on the Bold, the DAta Services is under a "mobile network" heading, so only works for that. Doesn't disable Wifi.

Doing both will stop it.
