How to Mark all E-mails read

Hi,

I'm using a Balckberry Bold 9700 and i'm using the software version:5.0 Bundle 1446

The problem is, i won't have the "Mark Perior Opened" button in the "options" and i don't want to update to the 6.0Bundle.

Is there any way smart for you guys to skip the updating session??

Plzzzzzzzzzzzz help!

Please use plain text.

Re: How to Mark all E-mails read

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

"Mark Prior Opened" has existed for a long time...it should exist for you. When, exactly, in your sequence are you pressing the Logo_Blue.gif key? It must be:

  • Homescreen  > Messages > (highlight a date separator line) > Logo_Blue.gif > Mark Prior Opened/Read

So, if for instance, you have a specific message highlighted when you press the Logo_Blue.gif key, then the menu selection to Mark Prior Opened will not display...only when you have a date separator line highlighted does the menu selection you desire display.

Good luck!
