How to access Email MS exchange web server?

I was able to access the my company emails using  MS exchange 2003 web server with BIS bundle from my service provider. Now my company upgraded the MS exchange server 2010 and now I can only access my company emails using https://autodiscover.mycompany.com I tried to setup email using this in to my Blackberry bold 9900 but I could not succeed to receive the mails. My colleague using Iphone 4 and he is able to get the push emails through https://autodiscover.mycompany.com . Please guide me how I can receive mails using this OWA server. Please provide me solution.
