Hi Viru...

Do you have the CD that came with the new Bold? It should have the drivers.

If not, you can download the handheld driver for the Bold from your carriers website.

You can go to Blackberry.com here and select your carrier to download the correct handheld software - (which is different from the Desktop Manager)

Are you on XP or Vista?

Actually my ip is not allowed to download from Blackberry website as i am in Shenzhen, China.

So ill try again with any other ip or ask some of my friends in hong kong to get it for me.
