I have a Bold 9650. I tried to buy an app that stopped downloading. I can see it listed as uninstalled in MY APP World.
But, when I click on it, I do not have the option to install it or re-install it. It does not show me any buttons to click. When I hit the BB button, it does not give me an option to install it.
can anyone give me advice on how to access it to install it?

Go to the Uninstalled list.
Click on the application.
Towards the top center of the screen you might see a small upwards pointing arrow, click our touch that to open the top of the screen and the 'reinstall' button.

When I click on the APP, I get a screen that shows the APP at the top, then a tool bar that lets me choose Summary, screenshots, or reviews. I do not see an arrow and nothing happens when I try to push the touch button upward.

Above that line which says "Summary", "Screenshots" etc., what is there?
You should see the name of the app, and a button to reinstall.
What do you see in that area?

1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and press "RST"
Or press the Menu key > Refresh list.
4. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
Afterward check the app again in MyWorld and see if you can download.
