How to set default file location for automatic backups

Hi There,

I do an automatic backup daily (once burned, twice shy), but I'm keeping my backups in a folder called Blackberry Backups in the My Documents folder so I don't clog the My Docs folder.  How do I get the backup program to default to this location so I don't have to do it manually? I can't find any obvious place where it lets me set the location for different files.

Thanks.

Re: How to set default file location for automatic backups

Start BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

At the top right side click on Options -> Data Folder Options

Check the picture below:

Picture is too big to fit to the post space.

I repost it below:

Re: How to set default file location for automatic backups

Thanks for that, but the folder listed there is not the folder that is used for backups.  Not sure what that folder is for, have never looked in it, but it is under the application data section while the backup routine sends stuff to the My Documents folder.  Is there another place where file locations can be set?

As far as I know there no additional place to setup the location for ipd file (BB Manager backup file).

That was the conclusion I came to as well, but I was hoping I was wrong.
