Hello,

I've had many SMS, surprisingly many of them were deleted automatically!!

I heard that it can be deleted automatically when there is little memory space, but I'm keeping an eye on the memory left!

Built-in Media Storage:

Total Free:    61%   3.7 GB
Total Used:  39%    2.5 GB

I'm using blackberry for business, so I also receive important SMS. How can they get deleted so conveniently??!!

I also don't seem to find an option to stop this!

And by the way, this is not the first time.

I know this option but i thought it only affects emails. i think it should also be found in the Options of Text Messages.

I agree!  I was looking there too.

The link above says "The Keep Messages option allows configuration of the number of days to keep email messages, SMS text messages and PIN to PIN messages on the BlackBerry smartphone."
