Hi, my name is Roda, am new user of BB less than two months and i started to hate it,
for one week i did not receive an emails as i was on my BB , so i went to email setup again and i found a msg
" A new blackberry device has been detected. You must move your email accounts to receive email on this device. To move an email account, you need to type the email account password . At least one email account must be moved to set up email on this device" ---------@hotmail.com Email delivery to your old device has been stopped Move Email Account Or Cancel"
The above pragraph is the exactly what is showing on my device, for your information also, i did not change my BB device, so am not sure why this msg assume that old and new device has been detected, any way, i tried to move my email as the msg recieved. So i click on "Move Email Account" I have been asked to enter my password- I did as i know my password for 8 years now, and there is a small icon " Validate", I click on it after entering the password. and am trying to do this job for one week now, and i will get the same msg: " INVALID ---------@hotmail.com email password. Verify your email password. if the error persists, conact hotmail.com" By the way, the password is correct and am using it every where, no problem in logging hot mail by website or msn messenger, and it is less than 16 characters I need your help and advise please to solve this problem, i tried to call our network provider they inform me that this problem not from their side, although they tried to solve it but it can not be solved, also i formated my BB , but i was surpried that after formating it ,still my email showing with the same msg.
Also, note that I tried to access from the following:
a) mobile web browser through the blackberry home page-Communicate-email-Windows live Hotmail-Integrate Now- integrate your email- launch email setup- Your carrier is not supported at this time
This happen with all other accounts i try to creat (YAHOO, GMAIL....)
b) from mobile device through SETUP-Email settings-then it will come the long steps which i mentioned above.
i tried also to change my email password, and try to login again , but same problem occure

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
First -- as your formal support channel plus the provider of BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) to you, it really surprises me that your carrier cannot provide you any support nor resolution. They actually manage the BIS system and your BIS account...so they certainly should have the ability to resolve this.
Indeed -- I think that they should...from what you describe, something odd is going on. I'm not at all sure what (I have a suspicion, but I don't like what I suspect), but only your carrier can investigate "behind the scenes" to see what is going on. Further, if they cannot figure it out, they have the ability to escalate all the way into RIM for assistance...here in these forums, such cannot happen.
Therefore, I suggest you contact your carrier again and be sure to press for escalation. Whatever it is that is going on, they need to resolve it.

PS -- my "suspicion" from above is that something about the provisioning of your BIS account has gotten confused with a different user/BB on your carriers network. If so, then they should fully remove both BIS accounts and re-create them from scratch. But, again, that can only be done inside of their system...to which only they have access.

Thank you very much for your real help, it was a very helpful answer, my problem has been solved, i called BIS and fight with them, and finally they solve the problem and it appears that the problem was from them as you advise me exactly.
