I am facing a problem when trying to make a backup for my Bold 9900, as it reach the point "backing up Smart Card Options", it just freeze and don't want to complete for more than an hour, I have been facing this problem for months

If you are using the Blackberry Desktop Software, instead of creating a Full Backup, there should also be an option there where you can choose the items you want to Backup. You may try it.

I can't press on back up its showing that its connecting with the device but the back up icon is not high lighted, I tried to connect it with Bluetooth not only the USB but still it only start buck up automatically other ways I can't back up
